Put a FinCalculators tool on your site

Every one of our 247 live calculators can be embedded on your blog, resource page or client portal with a single snippet of code. It’s free — the only condition is that you keep the small credit link. The calculator runs entirely in the visitor’s browser and resizes itself to fit.

  1. 1
Pick a calculator below and copy its code.
  2. 2
Paste it into your page where you want the tool to appear.
  3. 3
Done. It loads instantly and auto-resizes — no scrollbars, nothing to maintain.
3. Credit link text

We vary the wording of the credit link so your backlink looks natural — best left on Auto. The link always points to the calculator’s page.

Free to use on any site. Please keep the visible credit link to FinCalculators.net — that’s how the tool stays free.

Tax Calculators

Why embed a calculator?

A static article tells your readers what to do; an interactive calculator lets them do it on the spot. When someone can plug in their own mortgage, loan or retirement numbers without leaving your page, they stay longer, engage more deeply and are far more likely to act on your advice. For finance, real-estate, insurance and personal-finance content, that hands-on moment is often what turns a casual visitor into a subscriber, lead or customer.

Building and maintaining an accurate financial calculator is real work — the formulas have to be right, the figures (tax brackets, contribution limits, IRS rates) change every year, and it has to work on every screen size. Embedding one of ours skips all of that. Each tool is independently built, source-verified against the IRS, SSA, FHFA and other primary sources, kept current, and fully mobile-friendly. You drop in one snippet and get a polished, self-updating tool — no code to maintain, no signup, no cost.

Calculators work especially well in a few places:

  • Blog posts and guides — pair a “how much house can I afford” article with the live affordability calculator, or a refinancing guide with the break-even tool.
  • Resource and tools pages — a curated set of embedded calculators makes a strong, linkable hub that keeps readers on your site.
  • Product and landing pages — let prospects model their own savings, payments or returns right where they decide to convert.

The calculator runs in a sandboxed iframe, computes entirely in the visitor’s browser, and resizes itself to fit — so it never slows your page down or leaves an awkward scrollbar. The only thing we ask in return is that you keep the small credit link, which is what keeps every tool free to use.

Embed FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. There’s no cost and no signup. We just ask that you keep the visible credit link to FinCalculators.net that ships with the embed.

Will it slow down my page?

No. The calculator loads in an isolated iframe and computes in the browser, so it never blocks your page. The resizer script is a few lines and loads asynchronously.

Can I change the height or width?

Width fills its container by default. Height is handled automatically by embed.js as the visitor changes inputs, so you never get an inner scrollbar.

Can I remove the credit link?

Please don’t — keeping it is the condition for free use. If you need a white-label version, get in touch.
